We were delighted to be asked to perform at an Ulster Scots Night for F.A.I.R. (Families Acting for Innocent Relatives) in Portadown. This isn’t our 1st time performing for either F.A.I.R. or in the Carlton Street Orange hall and it was good to be back.

24/4/09 Portadown orange hall (FAIR) “families against intimidation”

Held in an impressive spacious venue, the evening began with some very energetic dancing by the ‘Flower of the Bann’ dance troupe. This was followed by the dedication of a splendid Lambeg drum in memory of UDR members killed during the past troubles, and a book launch on memoirs of an ex prison warden.
